Description

Casanova is a 2016 buckskin tobiano Paint Horse gelding standing at 14.3 hands. One look into his soft, kind eye, and he will have you swayed. This sweet boy is as honest as the day is long, and if your top priority is safety, he will be your number-one go-to. 100% family, kid, grandma, husband tried, tested, passed, and approved. Casanova is utterly adorable in every way possible—unique with his tobiano-patterned buckskin body with white splashes. Conformationally correct and very balanced, he wants to be everyone's buddy and doesn't meet a stranger. He is game for whatever is on your agenda, happy-go-lucky, always calm, relaxed, and carefree. He easily settles into new places and adapts well to new environments. Having him in the barn and around the ranch is simple and worry-free—as quiet as a church mouse with impeccable ground manners, always respectful. He doesn't have a mean bone in his body towards any human or any other animal. Used in big country, ridden in mountains, hauled to numerous rodeos and ropings, he has seen all the sights, lights, sounds, and excitement of going to town. He has carried the flag for the national anthem numerous times. Casanova has a nice reining foundation that makes him fun to play with in the arena and handy to use outside for a day's work. He lopes collected circles on a loose rein, guides nicely with a one-handed neck rein, spins nice, has a great side pass, and stops on a dime. Whoa means whoa—he won't move a muscle until asked. Roped the dummy, gathered and sorted lots of cows, used all over—he's very user-friendly and a helpful partner. Casanova is the king of trails—been everywhere and will cross any obstacle or type of terrain, going right where you point him. Accustomed to mountains, water, and wildlife encounters, he won't flinch or flick an ear at gunfire, tarps, dogs, machinery, traffic, bicycles, motorcycles, or strollers. You can put a complete beginner on him with zero experience, and he will take amazing care of them. Excellent for a first-time horse owner, someone wanting to gain confidence, or an experienced person who just wants to enjoy the ride without any BS. He is always the same perfect boy, no matter how much downtime he's had. Casanova rides Western, English, bareback, or whatever sparks your interests. I wish we had a barn full of this type of horse. He's a real gem, and his new forever home is going to absolutely fall in love with this gorgeous and lovely boy over and over every day.
