Kobby

Description

Kobby is a stout-built 2016 palomino overo Paint Horse gelding standing at 15.3 hands. I have hauled him to team sorting events, took him on a few weekend camping trips, and thrown a rope off him as well—you just pick what you want to do, and Kobby will gladly do the job. He has worked on a ranch, been trail ridden in several states, and I've used him a couple times at the stockyards to pen cattle. He crosses creeks, ditches, logs, and navigates rough rocky areas. Traffic safe, he has a smooth jog, a nice lope, slide stops, turns a circle both ways, side passes, and backs with ease. Kobby is a confident horse on the trails—will lead the crew, head out alone, or follow behind with no issues. Exposed to all kinds of wildlife, he goes anywhere asked. With many miles in the mountains, he has encountered every obstacle possible on the trail. He goes up or down steep slopes, across deep creeks, over downed trees, and all types of rough terrain while staying sure-footed. Kobby is not cinchy, cold-backed, and does not crib or weave.
