Hershey is a 2015 grulla draft cross gelding standing at 16.3 hands—one we have been biting at the bit to share with the world. He has the kindest soul. If you want one that's big, handsome, and possibly one of the friendliest horses we have ever had, super well broke, you will fall in love with Hershey. He loves attention from kids and people of all ages. This striking guy is as quiet as they come—easy to catch, easy to lead, and a real pleasure to work around. He is 100% safe enough for any level and any age to ride, yet will move off your leg like a Quarter Horse if you want. He has three awesome gaits and walks, trots, and canters with ease. He will go either English or Western and look good doing it. Wonderful on the trails, busy roads, and open fields, he will take you anywhere happily and then go into the arena and trot and lope circles light and correct. He is super comfy, even bareback. He walks over tarps, bridges, through water without any issues. No problem going out alone or in a group. He can carry your little ones and always bring them home safely. Hershey was even used by a 9-year-old boy at rodeos as a pickup horse and has been around cows as well. He is trustworthy for beginners and athletic enough for anyone to enjoy. Ride him bridleless and bareback anywhere you want. Hershey is the type that doesn't have to be ridden every day—he is the same horse every time you take him out. He would excel at any discipline and would be amazing in a therapeutic program because of his nature. He is the epitome of a "KIND EYE." Sound and healthy in every way, a very easy keeper.
