Sheriff is a 2016 gray Quarter Horse gelding standing at 14.3 hands—such a kind soul, gentle demeanor, and super talented gelding that will put an anchor on your heart. We proudly offer Sheriff, a very versatile gelding. He is happy and willing to do anything you want to accomplish on horseback—exceptionally good minded and extremely talented in so many areas. Standing 14.3 hands and absolutely gorgeous. Pick your cow, put your hand down, and go have some fun. He is very cow smart and gritty enough to read and hold a tough cow from the herd. Sheriff would make a jam-up cowhorse or Ranch Versatility show horse—gorgeous spins, long and deep sliding stops, and easy lead changes. He lopes balanced circles on a draped rein, and my-oh-my, he is so smooth. His ears are always forward, and he loves his job—a willing partner that is pure pleasure to ride. Sheriff has been all over the country in many types of terrain—very sure-footed and confident in rocks, mountains, thick brush, crossing desert arroyos, and going through running river water. Sheriff is safe and approved for anyone and everyone—a great confidence builder that rides gentle each and every time you saddle him regardless of time off. Good around dogs, tarps, traffic, machinery, and gunfire. Sheriff is a cow-cutting machine, deluxe trail partner, all-around ranch horse, and best friend kind of gelding.
