Gunner is a 2016 sorrel overo Paint Horse gelding standing at 14.3 hands—if you want something a little different and one of the most unique horses anywhere you unload, Gunner is your guy. I absolutely love this total sweetheart, gem of a horse. I can't say enough good things about him. Gunner is as kind, honest, and easy-going a gelding as I have swung a leg over. No matter your riding skills, this sweet gelding will take care of you. Gunner is fully trained in reining, ranch riding, and ranch trail—a world show contender. He's quiet-minded, absolutely nothing bothers him, and he is the same every time you saddle him. No surprises or silly business even with extended time off. Gunner is a gorgeous mover with flawless transitions, riding the same for any level of rider—completely beginner and novice friendly. As smooth as glass, he is one of the most comfortable horses I have ridden. He has a rocking-chair lope and a really nice slow jog on a loose rein. Just think "whoa" and the brakes come on. He goes exactly where you point him with great balance and good feet. We have steer-stopped a jillion steers on him out of the box. He would make a super fun breakaway and all-around type horse. If you want a phenomenal show horse or the best trail riding partner that is a one-of-a-kind individual that will make you smile every time you go to the barn, here you go. Gunner has been so much fun, and he will definitely be missed around our ranch.
