With the perfect amount of chrome, he has four perfectly matched white legs and a big blazed face. His soft kind eye matches his sweet disposition, and he has the mindset of a gentle old soul. Shadow is very well rounded and adaptive to anything you want to do on horseback. He's happy to cut, sort, or rope a cow or leisurely cruise down the trail. Pick your cow, drop your hand, and let him go to work. He is a great partner on the ranch and fun to do a day's work on—side passes easily to gates, ground ties where you drop a rein, and has the stamina to go all day. Shadow is a great horse for the entire family—good enough for dad to do a day's work, pretty enough for mom, and gentle enough for all the kids to enjoy. He is the same horse each time you saddle him with zero silly business—always honest, safe, and quiet to ride and handle even with time off. Very smart and wants to please, he's easy to teach new things and doesn't want to be wrong. Shadow is a very confident individual that has been exposed to wild dogs, tarps, heavy machinery, gunfire, and busy traffic—none of it ever bothered him from day one. Quiet on the trails and very sure-footed, he's good in a group and happy to lead or follow. If you're riding alone, no problem—he's got that covered too.
