Ramos is a 2017 dappled gray Quarter Horse gelding standing at 14.3 hands—seriously cuteness overload with his gorgeous dappled gray color and precious defined head with soft, kind eyes that will touch your soul. Ramos is beyond his years and truly an old soul. With the very best beginning and foundation, Ramos does all the fun reining maneuvers and has all the fun buttons, but would rather do things on a lower scale. He has cute spins, easy changes leads, and a smooth sliding stop. A gorgeous mover, he is very push-style and would excel in Ranch Riding or Ranch Versatility competition. Ramos always saddles up gentle even with time off—he just wants to get along and be a good boy. Simple and easy to ride, he is just a fun horse to have around. I truly believe he enjoys seeing wildlife and taking in the beautiful scenery. He knows where his feet are and can navigate easily on granite rock, through prickly cactus, and is sure-footed through rocky and mountainous terrain. He guides right where you send him willingly without hesitation. We have roped the dummy and the lead steer a ton on Ramos—he runs right up to a cow and has great rate and timing. Handy to use all around the ranch, he side passes to open gates, crosses bridges, drags logs, and ground ties where you drop a rein. Ramos will follow you around like a puppy dog demanding attention and will run to the gate when he sees you, eager to be caught. A great size standing 14.3 hands with flawless, stocky conformation, Ramos knows some fun tricks and has been exposed to a little bit of anything and everything. He's a happy camper that has handled all the shenanigans we have thrown his way, with an inquisitive and humorous personality making him fun to work with. Ramos is cute as a button, super gentle, and will fit so many people.
