Description

Hercules is a 2016 bay Quarter Horse gelding standing at 15 hands—looking for safe, reliable, and bombproof? This handsome gelding checks those boxes. Hercules is an insurance policy—the most inquisitive gelding with a huge personality. He will make you laugh every time you catch him, which is extremely easy because once he sees you, he runs to the gate, always eager for your attention. Hercules is a trained reining horse that has been shown—super stylish in all his maneuvers with a huge stop, pretty spins, push-button lead changes, and circles super fancy with a low head set. He would excel in Reining, Ranch Riding, Versatility, and Trail events. An elegant mover with a ton of show presence, he is as classy as they come and so easy to ride—nearly on autopilot. We have roped on Hercules out of the box—so easy to back in the box and go rope, with great rate and timing. Loaded with natural cow sense, he tracks one on a loose rein. Ridden all over our North Texas ranch and many miles on trails in the Arizona desert, he has packed kids and complete beginners. Safe, safe, safe—always quiet and gentle. He would assume go slow but has the speed if asked. Hercules is always reliable and a steady-eddy on the trails—confident alone or good with a group. Always walks on a loose rein and definitely has more whoa than go. Nothing bothers this guy—gunfire, tarps, wildlife, dogs, machinery—bring it on, he won't be phased. Hercules has great conformation, is very balanced, and just as wide as he is tall. He has the kindest eyes and will steal your heart the moment you meet him if you like a horse that is very interactive. He treasures any attention and time you have for him. Hercules is super fancy and fun to own—one of the easiest horses we have trained and owned.
